This course covers the critical topics of assessing and diagnosing.  Content includes a review of the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria in an easy-to-learn format and offers game-changing tips for being a "Rock-star" Assessor!  

 

This course also outlines the “stages of addiction” and demonstrates how this knowledge can be a key for prevention, as well as a means to inspire needed change.  Once armed with this information, clients are better able to identify signs and symptoms, prevent progression, and recognize the need for professional services.
